Some
feelings and emotions you simply have to actively watch them come and go
(for a while, you must wait, do not force their answer for their ways are beyond
what is apparent), feel them but do not act on them, do not surrender to them.
Knowing how to interpret them is important. If you feel
desperate most likely they came from somewhere, of fear, of anxiety from your
past. Knowing what they are frees you from your past, plus you are more
able to be in the here and now, as well have less anxiety about the future.
From
here you can act on them once all aspects of you are in accordance with what
your feelings are telling you, and why you are expressing them, what result do
you desire, in ways that are life, self affirming.
